Sometimes life takes us in different directions than what we initially designed.

Based in Lisbon, Portugal, with several years of career in the Advertising field, Clélia Parreira redesigns her path in the world of Contemporary Jewellery.

In 2015, he began his studies in the area at the “Centro de Joalharia de Lisboa” school, where he later completed his Author Design Course.

At the end of 2017, he obtained his license and hallmark, Jewelery Artist, by Contrastaria da Casa da Moeda de Lisboa and has since decided to launch his own brand, as a form of personal expression in a completely new creative area.

Deeply inspired by nature and art, he uses the physical and artistic universe as a canvas for his creations, reflecting a strong sense of emotion, creativity and artistic energy that he derives from everyday experiences. His pieces are born from traditional and handcrafted techniques, however they demonstrate an understanding and a connection between “noble” and traditional metals with varied materials, thus giving a greater diversity of expression and dimension to his pieces.

His work is based on the transparency of the “I” as a Being. It understands the jewel as a revealing element of the personality of the person who wears it, and intends not only to mirror the history and passion used in the jewel, but also, through its observation, to make known the person who wears it, the continuation of the body occupied .

For Clélia, “jewelry is more than a decorative adornment, it is categorically a form of art that we can take anywhere”.
