DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Online Dispute Resolution (RLL)

At Clelia Jewelery, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that, in an increasingly digital world, it is essential to offer not only quality products, but also efficient and reliable customer service. That's why we're committed to Online Dispute Resolution (LDR), a modern and effective method of resolving any disagreement that may arise during your shopping experience.

Online Dispute Resolution is a process that allows consumers and merchants to resolve disputes related to online transactions quickly and without the need to go to court. This method is not only faster, but also more economical and accessible, ensuring that both parties reach a satisfactory solution with less effort and cost.

At Clelia Jewellery, we take a transparent and fair approach to all our transactions. If any disagreement or dissatisfaction arises with our products or services, we encourage our customers to contact us directly. We are always available to listen and resolve any issue, ensuring a fair and efficient resolution.

Furthermore, in accordance with European Union regulations, we provide a link to the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform Click here, which provides a central access point for consumers and merchants wishing to resolve disputes related to online shopping. This platform is an additional tool that reinforces our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction.

At Clelia Jewelery, we believe that a good relationship with our customers is built on trust and a genuine commitment to their satisfaction. Online Dispute Resolution is an integral part of that commitment, ensuring that every purchase is a positive and rewarding experience.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

What is Alternative Dispute Resolution?

Alternative dispute resolution is the possibility that all consumers have at their disposal of appealing to official entities that help them in resolving or guiding a conflict, before opening litigation in the Courts.
As a general rule, the procedure is as follows: the customer asks an impartial third party to act as an intermediary between them and the trader who is the target of their complaint. The intermediary may suggest a solution to your complaint, impose a solution on both parties, or bring the parties together to find a solution.
You may know the concept of alternative dispute resolution by another name: 'mediation', 'conciliation', 'arbitration' or 'committee responsible for consumer disputes'.
Alternative dispute resolution is, as a rule, less expensive, less formal and faster than the judicial route.

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to the following alternative consumer dispute resolution entities:
